To improve the medical and hygiene treatment level in minority regions, to cooperate with some top-level hospitals in Beijing, our foundation launched “Project Bud”--free treatment activities in western China. This activity aims to check and cure common disease and frequently-occurring disease for people in minority areas through professional doctors. This project had organized free treatment activities for 12 minorities’ area in YunNan and GuiZhou provinces in 2003. In year 2004, we had organized medical team and sent medical treatment as well as medicines to Tibetan friends into Tibet, and were warmly welcomed by local people.
